POLICIES

Cancellation:

We reserve your appointments especially for you! Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Pricing:

All prices are subject to change depending on the length and thickness of hair.

Peaceful Environment:

For the enjoyment of other guests, we ask that you put your cellular phone ringer on “vibrate” or “off” while receiving services.

Children:

We all love children! However, due to the limited space available and comfort of our guests, we ask you to refrain from bringing your children with you to your appointment, unless they are receiving services. Many guests look forward to their salon experience as personal “pampering” time. In addition, even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (e.g., sharp scissors, hot irons, glass shelves, etc.). Please respect this policy and accept our appreciation for your understanding. In return, when your child is receiving a service, we promise to see that no pesky grownups disrupt their experience!
